After Having your cars paint corrected, we recommend protecting the newly perfected surface. for this we recommend our ceramic coating package. At Tomlin Detailing we use a Gtechniq three layer ceramic coating to ensure the best possible results.

Along with making your car look its best the ceramic coating will protect the paint from sun damage, chemical contaminants, and make the car much easier to clean as water and dirt will “roll off” the paint.

Ceramic Coating Your Wheels

we also offer two layer ceramic coating for your wheels that is specifically made to withstand the heat your brakes produce. This will keep your wheels as clean as possible while also making dirt and brake dust very easy to clean off.

Ceramic Coating on Other Surfaces

Along with protecting your paint, we also offer specific ceramic coatings for other parts of your vehicle such as fabrics, glass, and plastics. All with the same benefits as traditional paint ceramics but specifically made to adhere to the materials they are made of.

Can You Ceramic Coat Wraps or Paint Protection Film?

We apply ceramic coating to wrapped cars in the same way as we do for painted cars, with the only difference being the product used. For most cars with new PPF installation, we can apply the same three-layer coating that we use for paint. However, for cars with traditional wraps and older PPF installations, Gtechniq HALO must be used instead of Crystal Serum Light. There is no difference in water behavior or longevity between the two coatings, and the price is exactly the same if you book with us.

How much does a ceramic coating cost?

Our ceramic coating packages will vary in cost depending on the size and condition of the vehicle but in general this service will cost from $900.00 to $1,500.00. This will include paint correction to remove any defects and make sure the paint is ready to accept the coating, along with a full exterior and interior detail to make your car look its best.
